This means that we use the same notaries who have been fully vetted, insured and worked with SMG for years.
Flexible Signing Times
Our notaries can sign with you evenings and weekends, through 9 pm. Why use your valuable time off to sign a loan if you don’t have to?
No Extra Charges
Unlike many firms, SMG does not charge extra for evening, weekend or in-home loan signings.
E-notary Services
Where permitted and available with your lender, SMG can provide E-notary services.
Our Notary Team is Mobile
This means our notary will come to you at the time and location that is agreed upon by you, your lender and realtor.
